If you haven't bought your tickets for the New Years Eve Dance may I suggest that you call Dee Gleason 954-625-6178 or Barbara Hoffman 954-476-2975. No tickets will be sold at the door unless payments for reservations.

The Welcome Committee, a few women, have been going around to vist as many homes as they can. If you would like the gifts they have been giving out,please come the next HOA Meeting on January 3rd and you can pick one up.

Cars and trucks are still driving crazy. It has been brought to our attention that the RED SPORTS car does not no how to slow down. If you want to continue to drive in PCW stay within the speed limit. A few weeks ago a car hit a Maintenance Man while in a golf cart and was sent to the Hospital. Thank goodness he was not hurt badly. PLEASE SLOW DOWN. At this time of year there are many children visiting with grand parents and are on the streets. 

Dogs are still being walked with out pickup bags. There is no reason for this and walking and doing their business on residents lawns. You would be very upset if the animals messed on your lawn. If you see folks walking without a bag tell them. It is everyone's business.
