BREAKING NEWS……ELS has agreed with the negotiation committee's compromise….Beginning June 1, the rent for all those properties who have not reached cap will increase by $20.00 per month and the lawn service will begin on June 1 at a pass through amount of $15.00 per month for ALL residents. 

I am happy to report that thanks to the generosity of our residents we have successfully been able to feed six families in need of some assistance for the last month. If you know of someone who needs help, please notify me.

Recently, we have had several incidences of vandalism in the park. The club house and the vending machines were damaged. The water dispenser in the laundry room as well as the doors there, were damaged as well. Hopefully, this will encourage ELS to address our security requests. If you see any strange happenings, please don’t hesitate to call 911.

Summer Bingo has begun and will take place every Friday night at 7pm. A good attendance will ensure that Bingo continues until the fall.

Memorial Day is fast approaching. The social committee will provide hotdogs, chips and soda for a poolside picnic. This event is free to all residents with a $2.00 charge for guests. Feel free to bring a side dish. Tickets will be available in the clubhouse on Monday and Tuesday nights from six to seven for the next 3 weeks. I hope to see many of you there.
