Rates and fees associated with residency at Park City West.
Park City West is a land lease community. If you are unfamiliar with a land lease community it means you do not own the land. You pay a land lease fee.
Below is a table outlining the fees associated with Park City West. Each site has a location based designation and each designation has an associated market base rent. On top of the base rent are other charges called pass ons. The pass ons are charged by government or utiilty provider and passed on to the residents.
